Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan-forced)
In a stand mixer, place eggs, oil, milk and sugar. Combine.
Add vanilla, cinnamon, salt and flour.
Combine again until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into a lined sheet cake pan (33x23cm) and bake for 16-20 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
Set aside to cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning out to cool completely on cooling rack.
Place all frosting ingredients into a stand mixer, mix on medium for 3-4 minutes until frosting is smooth and silky.
Place frosting in fridge to firm up slightly (30 minutes).
Once cake is cold, frost generously and finish with a little cinnamon sprinkle. Slice and enjoy!
