Easy Pasta Sauce

A delicious and easy pasta sauce filled with flavour! Made using simple ingredients like garlic and cherry tomatoes, this is the only pasta sauce you will ever need.

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Frypan
  • Measuring Cups
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Sharp Knife

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 300 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • handful continental parsley finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt flakes

Instructions

  • Add the olive oil to a medium frypan and bring to a medium heat.

  • To the olive oil add the cherry tomatoes, heating gently. Next add the garlic and and sea salt. Stir and fry until fragrant.
    300 grams cherry tomatoes, 6 cloves garlic, 2 teaspoons sea salt flakes
  • Pour in the white wine and add the chopped parsley. Stir to combine while gently breaking up the cherry tomatoes with the back of the spoon.
    1/3 cup dry white wine, handful continental parsley
  • Simmer to thicken slightly before serving over the top of your favourite pasta.

Storage

If not eating straight away, store in the fridge in a sealed jar or airtight container for up to 4 days.
