There's nothing better than a piping hot serve of warm, spicy and nourishing apple crumble on a cold night with a huge dollop of yoghurt. I've created this healthy apple crumble recipe so you can essentially 'have your cake and eat it too' plus have a super boost of fibre in your dessert. Fibre not only keeps your insides in working order, but it also helps you to feel fuller for longer (among so many other things) so you won't feel the need to overeat or feel hungry again before bed (or morning tea if you have it for brekky which is totally ok too!)
Hot tip: Use a food processor slicing blade to slice your apple!
