The Best-Ever Pizza Dough

My dad used to be a pizza maker when I was little. I know, it's the most Italian job ever! So I thought I'd share my pizza dough recipe with you that I use all the time for pizza and calzones!

Ingredients:
4 cups pizza flour or '00' flour (available at supermarkets) (plus extra for sprinkling)
2 good teaspoons of dried yeast
375mL warm water
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tsp salt

Place yeast, water and sugar into a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook and let it sit for 5 or so minutes until frothy.
Add all remaining ingredients and 'knead' for 10 minutes. If you're kneading with your hands, this will take longer. The dough is ready when you can stretch the dough so much in one area and see an almost-see-through little window.
Place dough into an oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap for 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Keep it somewhere warm to speed this step up.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roughly divide into balls/how many pizzas you'd like to make.
Stretch out dough with your hands and place onto baking paper on a pizza tray, top with pizza toppings and bake on 200 degrees Celsius for 20 or so minutes until golden.

*The dough may be sticky at every step, this is normal. Just dust your hands in flour and it won't stick to you.
