The Best-Ever Pizza Dough

My dad used to be a pizza maker when I was little. I know, it's the most Italian job ever! So I thought I'd share my pizza dough recipe with you that I use all the time for pizza and calzones!

500g pizza flour or '00' flour (available at supermarkets)
7g dried yeast
300mL warm water
30mL olive oil

Place everything into a stand mixer and combine gently.
Then increase speed and 'knead' for 10 minutes. If you're kneading with your hands, this will take longer. The dough is ready when you can stretch the dough so much in one area and see an almost-see-through little window.
Place dough into an oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap for an hour or until doubled in size. Keep it somewhere warm to speed this step up.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roughly divide into balls/how many pizzas you'd like to make. This amount will make two large pizzas or lots of small ones.
Leave on the bench for 15 or minutes covered roughly in cling wrap so it doesn't dry out. It should rise a little again.
Roll dough out on a pizza tray, top with pizza toppings and bake on 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes until browned.

*The dough will be sticky at every step, this is normal. Just dust your hands in flour and it won't stick to you.
