My not-so-secret ingredient to give you that crispy crunch is super fine polenta! If you can't get a hold of this, you could use semolina or even a mix of the two!
Bake for a good 55-60 minutes and voila! The best ever, most delicious, healthy and wholesome, crispy sweet potato fries!
- 1 large sweet potato, skin on and cut into thin long matchsticks
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 heaped tbs superfine polenta
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
