Spring is so nearly here! We are having slightly warmer mornings and they are magic! I love seeing the sun already up as I'm getting out of bed. And thanks to the slightly warmer mornings I'm back on the smoothies.
I've been sipping on them all week if you've seen my Instastories. This cup is total magic, filled with lots of gorgeously wholesome ingredients and passionfruit which is like liquid gold!
As a tip, I make my chia puddings in a mason jar and just shake them up occasionally, then after the first few hours I store it in the fridge and use it all week long. I use 1/4 cup chia seeds to 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (my favourite is Almo Milk) because I really love a super soft chia pudding.
- 1, scooped out passionfruit
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3 tbs quick oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia pudding (see above)
