Spiced Hummus with Toasted Pine Nuts, Sumac & Honey
A twist on a classic!
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 heaped tbs tahini
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 heaped tsp raw honey
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbs toasted pine nuts
Instructions
Place everything except the pine nuts into a blender or food processor. Pulse until completely smooth. Serve with extra sumac, mint leaves and the toasted pine nuts.
