I’ve never been too much of a fan of cabbage. It was always served sliced way too thickly in a very average coleslaw drenched in a thick creamy sauce and it just wasn’t my cup of tea.
What if I told you I knew a way to keep your fruit and veg fresher for longer? And what if I told you that it could all be done with a little piece of bio-degradable paper for a couple of dollars a week? Kinda crazy right? That’s what I thought too.
So if I'm being honest, I can barely be bothered cooking dinner most weeknights because, like everyone else in the world, I'm tired. When I don't cook dinner, I will either have a breakfast meal like muesli and yoghurt, a toasted cheese sandwich, cheese and biscuits, or prawn pad thai from my local thai restaurant.
