Three-Ingredient Ragu

Every time I post this on my Instagram page, you guys go bananas for it! And rightly so, to be honest. It's nothing short of ahhhhhmazing! Even one of the ladies I do pilates with raves about this. Her kids love it, and her friends think she's spent all day in the kitchen but that couldn't be further from the truth!

This is truly a one-pot wonder and can be made in both a slow cooker or a pressure cooker. I prefer the pressure cooker because it really requires no forward planning but do realise that most people have a slow cooker.

Once you've cooked the ragu for the day if using a slow cooker, you may need to transfer it to a pot on the stove to reduce. I find slow cooker's don't reduce sauces very well and a thick, rich sauce is what makes this ragu magic, so I promise you it's worth the extra fuss right at the end!

Please let me know if you give this a go. We absolutely love it and always have some in the freezer at home. Happy cooking!
