This week’s new recipe is a gooden! An easy peasy sheet cookie that uses literally just a handful of pantry ingredients so you can whip it up anytime!
I love the texture of this cookie. It’s perfectly chewy but still crisp on the edges and the warm melty choc chips on top make it so gooey and oozy straight from the oven. I sweetened this cookie with pure maple syrup for that gorgeous maple-y flavour, which just pairs so well with nuts of any kind really! I love adding sea salt flakes for that mouth-watering sweet/salty combo in every bite too.
If you don’t have a food processor, you can use oat flour or plain flour in place of the rolled oats and mix everything together in a bowl with a spoon.
