Well, i reckon it is anyway. it's so luscious and silky and creamy yet lacks pretty much all of the exotic ingredients you see on social media because generally, i cannot justify spending upwards of $30 on a tub of superfood powder, or dehydrated berries when i can get my whole week's worth of groceries at the market for it even though all of those things are incredibly delicious. i'll just keep it as a treat for when i'm out at breakfast and an acai bowl pops up on the menu! for now, simple smoothie with big flavour.
1 small frozen banana
1 mango cheek 1
really heaped tbs of greek yoghurt
1/4 cup rolled oats (or quick oats)
A little ice 1/2 cup water
Throw it all into a blender
Blend until silky smooth and you have the perfect mango smoothie!
