Go nuts for gluten free doughnuts! These little babies are so easy to make, vegan and a one-bowl wonder.
Gluten free doughnuts
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 olive oil
2 tbs coconut sugar
1 cup teff flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 chia egg
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
Place everything into a bowl and mix together well
Spoon mixture into mini doughnut pan
Place into oven for 10-12 minutes until cooked through
Decorate with your favourite toppings!
Dunk in dark chocolate and nuts, or brush with coconut oil and dunk into a mixture of cinnamon sugar (1 tsp cinnamon + 3 tbs coconut sugar) or make some frosting with icing sugar and water!
