Maaaaaaaate..*looks down at the bar*..maaaate, these are..*looks at bar again*..
There are no words to describe how bloody good these raw chai bars are.
Spicy, warming, sweet, slightly bitter, all combined to form complete and utter deliciousness.
The bars are dead easy to make too, and you could make them into bliss balls or even just leave them plain!
I have never been a raw dessert master but I was super inspired by my favourite raw dessert queens - Insa of @insaminsa, Melissa of @wholesomedaily, Toni of @whole_food_nutritionista, and Taline of @talinegabriel

3/4 cup cacao butter
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Place mulberries and coconut into a blender/processor and blend til pretty much smooth
Add in oil, almond butter, salt, and chai spice powder
Blend until well combined press into a non-stick square tin (20cmx20cm)
Place in the fridge to cool/set in a pot on a low heat
Melt cacao butter then whisk in cacao powder and maple syrup
Remove from the heat and cool
Remove the bars from the fridge once cooled
Slice into strips and dunk the strips into the chocolate
Place on a cooling rack
Once all of the bars are on the cooling rack, place the cooling rack into the freezer to really set the chocolate
Once the bars are set, keep them stored in a container in the fridge or freezer
